Customisable Space

All areas designated for installing equipment for co-location are based on an "open plan" which allows easily constructing and deconstructing designated areas for co-location via cage systems or racks

Maximum Security

24/7/365 security staff with digital CCTV monitoring and recording of all equipment rooms, corridors and at strategic locations across the building

Power Availability

240V AC and -48V DC and designated earth points are available throughout the equipment rooms

Resilient Power Supply

The building is equipped with three standby generators, in an N+1 configuration to provide the required protection in the event of a mains failure

Consistent Temperature

All equipment rooms maintain a temperature between 18 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius and humidity between 35% and 60%.

Remote Hands

If required, Omantel will support your presence in the facility with dedicated personnel on-site
