PERSONAL REGISTRATION

Register to My OmanTel

To gain access you will need to create an account.
For that you need:

  1. Your Omantel’s phone number
  2. E-mail address
  3. Last four digits of National ID or Passport which is registered 
    with your mobile number
  4. Password should contain at least 8 characters with at least
    one of the following : upper case letter, lower case letter, number.
    Special characters are NOT allowed

CORPORATE REGISTRATION

Registration for Corporate

Omantel corporate customer service will register any corporate clients where the following documents are needed:

  • Print and Fill out the Specific Authorization Letter(PDF)
  • Official letter from the company requesting the registration
  • A copy of commercial registration license
  • A list of Oman Mobile or fixed or internet accounts with their respective GSM number or fixed line number or login name
  • Suggested user name from 8 to 16 characters
  • A valid GSM number
  • A valid email ID
