o Jawazak Top Destination plans applicable on the following 12 countries only: Bahrain, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, Thailand, Eqypt, Malaysia, Jordan, UK, India. o Customers can subscribe to multiple plans simultaneously. All plans run in parallel, with the plan having the shortest validity prioritized for consumption first. o All subscribed plans will appear individually in the Omantel app, including data and minutes used, remaining balance, and plan expiry dates. o You can use Omantel App while roaming without any extra charges/data usage. o Customers can resubscribe to the same plan before its expiry, and the included minutes and data will be carried forward, valid until the new plan’s expiry date. o Included roaming minutes can be used for calls within the roaming country, incoming calls, and call back to Oman. o Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) charges will apply if the included data or minutes are exhausted. You will be notified once the data is exhausted or the add-on is expired. o Notice: Due to new regulations recently issued by the concerned authorities in Russia, data and SMS services will be temporarily blocked for the first 24 hours upon roaming activation in Russia. Voice calls will not be blocked, and the restriction will be automatically lifted after 24 hours.
