Customers will receive the monthly plan allowances.
Plan benefits are renewed monthly, and any unused data or minutes will not be carried forward.
As a postpaid customer, Omantel will send you a clear and detailed monthly bill for the services provided, showing:
- Chargeable call units for national and international calls
- Data consumption
- Roaming charges
- Monthly subscription charge, as applicable
- Payment due date, which is 30 days from the bill date
GoBiz roaming minutes are valid for:
- Receiving incoming calls
- Making local calls while roaming
- Calling Oman

CPN minutes are available to customers with two or more lines with Omantel.
Customers may upgrade their packages at any time during the contract period.
All prices stated for No commitment plans are exclusive of VAT. (A 5% VAT will be added to the total price upon purchase).
The out-of-bundle usage charges are as follows:
Local data: 8 Bz per MB
International SMS: 50 Bz per SMS
At GoBiz destinations (for applicable plans):
- Local calls while roaming: 92 Bz per minute
- Receive calls while in the GCC: 85 Bz per minute
- Receive calls elsewhere: 150 Bz per minute
- Calls to Oman and the GCC: 231 Bz per minute
